The New York designer Tommy Hilfiger, who on Thursday celebrated his arrival at the 71 years, continues to show signs of his good eye for the purchase of houses, by always scoring large profits when it is time to get rid of them.
A sample of the above is the chalet he acquired, just three months ago, near a Aspen ski resort.
The beautiful property, from which you have spectacular views of the mountains, was bought by the fashion tycoon for $31,000,000 of dollars, but that was not an impediment for I would sell it for $70,000, of dollars.
The negotiation, which was carried out in an operation outside the market, was finalized in the past 22 March, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.
