Caller goes on to explain how Tire was aboard the new Orlando Free-ride attraction. Fall moments before his tragic death.

“I don’t know where he fell from. They (ICON park staff) did not secure his seatbelt,” the caller stated.

A chilling video filmed before the tragic incident appears to show that Tyre’s harness was not properly fastened. on his shoulders.

Unlike the other attendees sitting next to him, Tire’s harness does not appear to be fully lowered and strapped to his seat.

A separate video uploaded online shows the operator talking to passengers before the game starts.

As the ride begins, the worker yells, “Hey, you took off your left-side seat belt. Seat belt”.

The thrill seekers on board begin to spin up the illuminated column.

Passengers rise hundreds of feet above the ground before plunging at high speed.

The ride, which opened last December, is advertised as the world’s tallest freestanding drop tower, standing at 430 feet and holding 30 passengers at full capacity.

On a second call heartbreaking to 911, the caller simply explains how Tire “went away”.

“The trip was underway, and during the middle of the trip, the guy just got out,” the caller said.

The dispatcher asks the caller if the teen was “awake”, to which e the man replies tragically: “No, he’s dead. He is dead. It is gone”.

“Tell me exactly why you think it’s completely gone,” said the operator of the 911.

“He’s face down, there’s blood everywhere. He is not breathing. I checked his pulse, he has no pulse”, replied the man.

The dispatcher of the 911 asks the man if he has access to a defibrillator, but the man says none are available.

“Okay, listen carefully. We’re going to try to do CPR on him,” the dispatcher said.

“He weighs about 300 pounds. It’s hard to lift,” replied the man.

Sirens can be heard shortly after when first responders arrived on the scene.

At a news conference Friday, Orange County Sheriff John Mina said preliminary information suggests the incident appeared to be an accident.

However, Mina confirmed that an investigation is still open to determine the cause of the mishap, but reiterated that “it seems to be a tragic situation.”

“It seems to be just a tragic situation. So, everything is being analyzed. Our role in this situation is to determine whether or not this is an accident or an intentional act, and this appears to be a terrible tragedy.” said the bailiff.

Mina also spoke about the horrifying video on social media showing the young man’s final moments.

Moments before the incident, an operator seemed to have some confusion about whether or not the people on board were wearing seat belts. “That is something that the Department will certainly look at and obviously we will look at as we determine whether or not this was accidental,” Mina added.
