Two teens murder their teacher, then hide the body under a wheelbarrow in Iowa

Two teenagers were accused of murdering their Spanish teacher with a baseball bat and then hiding the body under a wheelbarrow in southeast of Iowa, according to the description of one of the people related to the case in social networks.

November 2, 2021, Jeremy Goodale and Willard Miller, both of 16 years old, murdered Nohema Graber, of 66 years old, a Spanish teacher at Fairfield High School, after planning it in great detail, KCRG explained.

On the day of the homicide, Professor Graber was followed by the two teenagers in a van. She left the park after 4: 00 in the afternoon, according to reports, after authorities reviewed security camera footage.

The victim’s body was found a day later in Chautauqua Park, hidden under a tarp and a wheelbarrow.

After a review request to the Snapchat social network it was discovered that the two students planned and carried out the homicide, as well as trying to dispose of the body.

Goodale detailed in one of the messages that he and Miller were monitoring Graber, the weapon they would use for the crime, the place where the body was found and their attempt to eliminate any evidence that could incriminate them.

What’s more, In the search of the adolescents’ homes, they found bats, evidence of clothing with blood and a laptop, among other things, which were confiscated by the police.

This Tuesday, a judge rejected the request of the defendants’ lawyers not to allow the press to enter the hearing that will be held to determine whether the defendants will be tried as minors or in an adult court.

It was announced by the AP agency that the dates for the trials were scheduled for August 24 for Goodale, and November 1 for Miller.
