A few days ago the New York singer Prince Royce and the Canadian model Emeraude Toubia surprised their followers by announcing that they had decided follow their lives separately after 10 years of unconditional love.
The announcement of their divorce comes a few months after the ex-partner decided to part with the luxurious mansion that he owned, from 2019, in Studio City California .

The sale of the house was a complete success, since not only was it sold at the price that was set from the beginning, but also , it took only two months to find a new owner.
The residence, built in 2018 and distributed over two floors, it has an extension of 3,233 square feet, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It is completed by a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a main room, an office, a garage for one vehicle, four laundry rooms, among other rooms.
The ground floor draws attention for its large windows, which allow the interior to be unified with the exterior, with what is gained in amplitude and lighting.
The kitchen is open and very spacious. It is equipped with chocolate and brown cabinets, high-end appliances and a central island that can be used to prepare food and as a breakfast area for three people.
The main bedroom, where Prince Royce and Emeraude surely lived great moments, has the most space that enough for a large bed, for a living room and even for an office. It also has a fireplace, a large dressing room and a bathroom with a double vanity, a toilet, a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
