An armed commando riddled a Mexican Police in front of his family in broad daylight, in a state park, where he has his base of operations the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG). The assassins shot him 50 times at fiscal without caring that they were near a school and that at the time of the attack there were many children running around the victim. Precisely a minor, who was playing in the park, recorded a video of the shooting
with his cell phone. The recording went viral on the internet.

“The State Prosecutor’s Office, through the Intentional Homicide Investigation Unit , carries out investigations to clarify the facts in which an element of this social representation lost the lifetime. The report was generated at the emergency service 911, around 15: 20 hours, where there was mention of a person injured by a firearm on San Vicente and San Pablo streets, in the neighborhood La Providencia of the municipality of Tonalá . , identified as Luis Fernando Ayala Morales , who went to relax with his wife and children, since he was on his day off, but the fun turned into a nightmare.
In the last month it also went viral on TikTok an audio, in which supposedly the top leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, alias el Mencho, threatens a high-ranking local police officer.
“Delta One, look closely son of a bitch, I’m Mencho, dude . Relax your fucking people, I’m Mencho dude, if not I’m going to break your mother and all your bunch of dogs (…) I have you located dude, get your batteries right dude (…) I have you identified to 30 guys, even your fucking dogs I’m going to kill you if you don’t relax dude”.
It should be noted that in the case of murder of prosecutor Luis Fernando Ayala Morales , the police have not yet confirmed whether the Jalisco New Generation Cartel is responsible or if it was a settling of scores .
