TEXAS – A woman was arrested and a man is wanted by authorities after the two allegedly had a sexual threesome with a young woman of 16 years in the area from Laredo.
The case came to light after the Laredo Police received a call of a sexual assault of a minor in a residence located in the block 300 of Farrell Street. A woman stated that she had found a couple having sex with her daughter 16 years , according to court documents.
Authorities identified the suspects as Gerardo Saucedo Jr., of 25 years, and his wife, Graciela Rodríguez, of 23 years.
The victim’s mother received information that Saucedo and Rodríguez took their daughter to the young woman’s grandmother’s house in the Rio Bravo area and that they took her without permission.
The mother also told officers that her daughter had confessed that Saucedo had forced her to have sex with him at a Wendy’s restaurant. located on the block 2021 of Del Mar Street. Saucedo supervised the victim in this restaurant where they both worked.
The young woman was questioned and in her statements she said that Saucedo sexually assaulted her on 16 in January when the restaurant had closed.
The victim did not report the incident and eventually began contacting Saucedo’s wife by text and they became friends.
Saucedo and Rodríguez convinced the young woman to accompany them to their house where the victim said that they consumed alcohol and marijuana.
Saucedo confessed that he and his wife had had sex with the young woman after investigators informed him that the victim had videotaped some of sexual acts with her cell phone.
Rodriguez was arrested and faces charges of sexual assault of a minor. Saucedo did not report to a court hearing that she had scheduled. The authorities are looking for him. If you have reports on Saucedo you can call Laredo Crime Stoppers at 727 – TIPS.
