AT&T presented to the market a new low-cost Internet plan that will offer connection speeds of 100 Mbps without limits on data consumption for only $30 per month.
The new package represents a significant speed improvement taking into account that previously for speeds between 10 Y 25 Mbps for which subscribers had to pay about $10 monthly.
The company clarifies that this new plan is not available to all users since it is part of its affordable connectivity program that can reach offer discounts of up to $25. This means that if accepted by AT&T for this program, the cost of the invoice could be totally free for the user.
The company clarifies that this 100 Mbps plan can only be contracted in certain areas, so the address of the client plays a fundamental role when it comes to being able to count on the service or not. Added to this is the fact that those who wish to subscribe to the service must have income below a certain amount in order to be taken into account

In this sense, households made up of a single person who wishes to opt to receive this benefit, their income cannot exceed $25,760 per year, while a three-person household cannot receive more than $43,920 year.
In addition to the plan of 100 Mbps, AT&T also offers other lower speed plans for prices under $10. In some cases the connections provide speeds of less than 10 Mbps.
The big difference between these packages and r with respect to the new plan presented by AT&T is that the previous ones, in addition to being more slow, they are also limited by a predetermined number of available data.
Other telephone companies such as Comcast have made similar moves by increasing the speeds they offer, going from 25 Mbps to 50 Mbos) through its support programs for low-income people.
