Anne-Marie has been the latest music star to star in a spectacular fall on stage during the delivery of the BRIT Awards -which was held in London this Tuesday night- while performing the single “Don’t play” with KSI and Digital Farm Animals.
The accident was caused by a combination of the high heels she was wearing and the three steps she had to go down after leaving the a kind of heart. Although one of her dancers had given her a hand to help her, the British singer lost her balance when her ankle twisted and ended up on her knees at the foot of the stairs.
The most impressive of all is that she continued to sing throughout and stood up quickly as if nothing had happened. “I didn’t need my left ankle anyway,” she later joked on Twitter.
In a matter of a few hours She had created an account on the social network in honor of that part of her body, with the username @Annemariesankle, which she began to tweet saying: “Wow, I’m a little shaken, but I feel fine. A little bruised, but with a little ice it should be fine”.

Anne-Marie was the first to react to this parody sharing the tweets on his own profile to show that he had taken the situation with a sense of humor. His fall also caused the chain of opticians Specsavers to offer him a free checkup to see if she has any vision problems, to which she replied, “Your next visit is on us.”
