The four open television channels of Televisa, the 32 pay TV channels, the studio movie theater Videocine, the subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) service Blim TV and the Televisa brand, are combined with Univision’s assets in the United States, which include the Univision and UniMás channels, nine Spanish cable, 59 TV stations and 57 radio stations in major US Hispanic markets and its PrendeTV ad-supported streaming-on-demand (AVOD) service.

Now, TelevisaUnivision owns the world’s largest library of content and intellectual property in Spanish, and the most important factory of Spanish-language content in the entertainment industry.
