Although at first glance everything seems rosy, and it is, being an Airbnb host brings certain responsibilities, which must be covered by the winner of the dynamic and his family.
“The selected person will bear the expenses derived from the use of the House at 1 euro and its operation such as tourist accommodation (for example, expenses related to personnel, consumables, cleaning services and supply contracts), as well as ordinary and extraordinary maintenance costs. On the other hand, you will have the responsibility to withhold or pay the taxes applicable to your activity as a host or your participation in the program”, details Airbnb.
The free stay will only be available to the winner and for a maximum of three companions (one adult and two children), while the rest of the accommodation will be dedicated to receiving guests.
To live a dream stay in Sambuca, a town of only 6,000 inhabitants, those interested must fill out a form, write a short essay and meet certain requirements, among which are:

The house, located in the heart of the town and recently remodeled by the Studio Didea architecture studio, is distributed along three floors.
On the first floor it has a small living room, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom.
The second level has another living room, kitchen, work area, bathroom and a room on the mezzanine with a bed king size.
Finally, the third floor has an additional room with a queen-size sofa bed.
