The couple made up of John Legend and Chrissy Teigen has had a very busy few months in the world of real estate, well not only sold their mansion in Beverly Hills for $16.8 million dollars, otherwise that, in addition, they have just put on the market the two penthouses they own in New York City, for those who expect to receive the amount of $18 millions of dollars.
According to information from various media outlets, the couple bought the first of the apartments in 2018, while the second came into his hands at 2020, because had the intention of unifying them and thus have much more freedom, but they never did.
The penthouses measure 6,200 square feet, they have six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
They also have a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a wine cellar, a bar, a television, laundry room, among other rooms.
The kitchen is open and somewhat wide. It is equipped with a chocolate-toned cupboard, with high-end appliances and a central island that works to prepare food, but also as a breakfast area for four people.
The main bedroom, which was where the couple probably slept during their days in New York, has more than enough space for a large bed and for a living room. It also has a large dressing room and a bathroom with a double vanity, a toilet, a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
Along with the living space, the penthouses also have a joint terrace in the roof garden area with an extension of 3,300 feet squares, where they used to have some garden furniture, kitchen, plants and a spa area.
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen spend most of their time in the state of California, where they own, since September 2020, a mansion of $17.5 million in the Beverly Hill area s. They bought that house shortly before the arrival of their third child.
