More than five years have passed since the death of Juan Gabriel, however, his family continues to fight for his inheritance and for his assets, as is the case with ranch that he owned in Parácuaro, Michoacán, the land where he was born on January 7, 1200.
This property, which is currently inhabited by Pablo Aguilera, brother of ‘Divo de Juárez’, could soon change its tenant, since Guillermo Pous, representative legal representative of Iván Aguilera, assured that the property is seized due to a series of debts, so it would be a matter of time for it to be evicted.
“The property is seized and, sooner or later, he’s going to have to get out of there too,” Pous pointed out.
Pous’s remarks were confirmed by Silvia, daughter of Pablo Aguilera, who acknowledged that the ranch could indeed be seized, but stressed that, so far, there is no eviction order. o.
“The ranch belongs to Eugenio and Eugenio is allowing him to live there. The ranch has a debt and one day there will be an eviction or a seizure, we have always expected it. There is nothing legal, even if the opposite is said,” Silvia declared in an interview with the program ‘De Primera Mano’.
Right there she detailed the possible reasons why they would be seeking to kick her father of the property, by assuring that Iván has a mega project in mind for those lands that extend over 265 acres .
“That ranch has 107 hectares, that is why they are behind that ranch, because there is a lot of land, a lot of land that can be built there, Alberto wanted to make a town,” said the interviewee.
Although he insisted before the cameras that everything that has been said about the eviction from the ranch is a lie, Doña Silvia also acknowledged that she has tried to take her father from the place, but he refuses to do so for a very powerful reason.
“On one occasion When we talked about this, he told me so clearly and I already understood it: ‘Do you want me to go to Juárez? I will die there. Do you want me alive? Here where I am. That was when I already respected”, shared her daughter during the talk she had with the broadcast led by Gustavo Adolfo Infante.
