When he was arrested, De los Santos-Narvaez admitted to the police that he had sexually abused his family member in December 2018 and January 2019, which has led prosecutors to conclude that the assaults could have started when the minor was 8 years old.

On one of the occasions, the minor was in the kitchen, while her family was watching television, so the man groped her, but one of the most disturbing events occurred when De los Santos-Narvaez entered the girl’s room, where he abused her , published the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal.

The victim, who has 13 years now, took the stand last week during the four-day trial and recounted how the events occurred.

The minor even mentioned that the first assault would have occurred when she was eight years old, although she had problems giving the specific dates .

A nurse was also called as a witness, who had examined the minor and said that when she had 04 years the first abuse would have been recorded.
