Marco Fabián has not been able to recover his footballing level after being immersed in several non-sports situations that have kept him away from the pitches, in addition, from not having been able to consolidate in the Bravos de Juárez, a team that bet heavily on the steering wheel.

One of the options that had been rumored in recent days was his return to the Chivas de Guadalajara, however, this was ruled out by the coach himself Marcelo Míchel Leaño, who pointed out that he would not be taken into account as a reinforcement of the herd for the Closure 2022.

On the other hand, Fabián would have an offer from the Expansion League for the team Tepatitlán, who have been able to sign important players such as Andrés Gudiño or José Madueña. The 32 year old player could have an opportunity to continue in Mexican soccer and hope for a return to the First Division with some other team in a near future.

According to the Diario Récord, the team of the Expansion League has been the only one to have made a specific offer for the player to add him as quickly as possible, in addition, Marco Fabián already had experience in the second division of Mexican football after passing through Tapatío, a subsidiary team of the Chivas de Guadalajara, when he was a youth.
