A father who forced his pedophile friend to dig his own grave after raping his six-year-old daughter will not be charged with murder.
The father, identified by some sources as Viacheslav Matrósov, was accused of revenge killing Oleg Sviridov, after discovering graphic images on his mobile phone of him sexually abusing his daughter.
In harrowing footage, the daughter, now eight years old, was heard pleading: “Oleg, it’s enough, I can’t take it. plus. I want to go home”.

It was suspected that the man from 34 years old stabbed to death Sviridov, 32 years old, in a forest Russian, after forcing him to dig his own grave.
Originally he confronted a murder investigation, but has now been told that this has been dropped, say sources close to the case.
In a historic decision, in Instead, he will face prosecution for inciting ra Sviridov to take his own life, which carries a lesser sentence than murder.
The former rocket engine factory worker has always denied murder and is “pleased” that he will not face the charge of deliberately killing Sviridov.
Nor will he be required to wear an electronic badge while awaits trial this year.
Sources close to the case said that detailed forensic evidence showed that the father had not stabbed Sviridov in a forest, where the body of the dead man was later found in a makeshift burial.
There are claims that Sviridov was given an ultimatum to go to the police and confess to having sexually abused the girl, or face the wrath of the father.
After the father was linked to the murder of the pedophile, a wave of public support in the Samara region backed him and the locals of the pu eblo Pribrezhnoye raised money for his legal fees.
The petition signed by 2,500 people demanded that the father be completely acquitted as they hailed him as a hero.
Supported him for “saving our children by ridding us of a child sex offender”.
Sviridov is feared to have abused two other children in the village.
Last year, his wife told Sun Online that when he got home from work on 25 August, found the two ex-friends fighting in the bathroom, before Sviridov, beaten and bruised, fled the house.
“(He) was hysterical, shocked. I had never seen it like this”, said the informant.
“It took him a long time to come to himself to explain.
“With his trembling hands , took out Oleg’s phone and showed me a video.
“You can’t imagine what I experienced when I saw it. I felt sick, dizzy and nauseous.
“I shook everything. I couldn’t believe my eyes that it was our son in the video.
“Then my husband started crying. He kept repeating, ‘He’s my best friend, I trusted him with our children, I trusted him as myself.’”
According to reports , the father told his friends that he forced Sviridov to dig the grave, but only to scare him.
The pedophile “realized he had nothing to live for” and plunged the knife into his chest, he said.
After burying his former friend on 26 August 2021, the accused father took the phone, but did not say that Sviridov was dead.
Only a few weeks later he confessed to the knife fight and the grave site. But the heartbroken father will no longer face a murder charge, and will instead face prosecution for “inciting a person to commit suicide or attempted suicide by threats or abuse,” which carries a maximum sentence of six years but is often also leads to sentences without deprivation of liberty.
