The Portuguese defender of Manchester City Joao Cancelo has revealed that on Thursday he was attacked in the face during a robbery at his home , which is currently being investigated by the Police.
The player himself reported the assault last night on his Instagram account, where posted a photo showing the blow received from the thieves , which, he points out, took “jewels”.
“ Unfortunately, today I was attacked by four cowards who injured me and tried to hurt my family . When you resist, this is what happens ”, wrote the Portuguese international.
“ They managed to take all my jewelry and they left my face in this state . I don’t know how there can be such petty people. The most important thing for me is my family and luckily they are fine “, he claimed.
