The Brazilian footballer Ramón Ramos Lima , who plays for Flamengo and who earlier this month ran over with his car a cyclist who died from the impact , has been formally charged with manslaughter, reported this Tuesday police authorities.

However, they have also checked, using installed cameras on the avenue where the event occurred, that Ramón was driving at a speed “between a 20 and a 70% higher ”than allowed , which on that site is 70 kilometers per hour.
