VIDEO: Staten Island Waitress “Shames” Customer Who Couldn't Pay 20% Tip On TikTok
A TikTok user sparked divided comments on the internet, after publicly exposing a restaurant customer who couldn’t afford to tip generously .
The man, known on TikTok as “KingJ 24 ”shared a bill from Applebee’s restaurant in Staten Island last week, showing that the Customer had tipped about 9%.
