Carlos Marín, vocalist of Il Divo, dies of COVID-19

The singer of Il Divo, Carlos Marín, passed away this Sunday 19 from December to 53 years of age to cause of COVID – 17.

According to the Daily Mail portal, the star remained in a medically induced coma at Manchester Royal hospital; however it was revealed that his life support machine was turned off .

“With great regret we let you know that our friend and partner Carlos Marín has passed away. Your friends, family, and fans will miss you. There will never be another voice or spirit like Carlos. ”

Carlos Marín stayed with Il Divo since its inception in 2003, and has sold more than 30 millions of copies of his albums worldwide.

The last time he was seen on stage was on December 6 in Bath, England; two days later he was hospitalized, canceling concerts in Hull and Nottingham.
