Man arrested for the death of a model and Mexican in Los Angeles is also accused of sexually assaulting four others

A Beverly Hills man who was arrested this week in connection with the suspicious deaths of two Los Angeles women abandoned outside hospitals , was also accused on Friday of sexually assaulting four women over the course of a decade.

Her body was cold, her family said, and she spent several days in critical condition and on life support.

Arzola died on 24 November after she was pronounced brain dead, her family said. It was five days before he turned 27 years.

Giles’ husband, Jan Cilliers, said by phone that he was “relieved” that arrests had been made after the sudden loss of his wife.

“But not much of a relief, I know this is just the beginning of the fight, ”he said.

The two women had forged a friendship after Arzola moved to Los Angels this year, Cilliers said.

Arzola studied architecture in Mexico and was working as a project manager before his death, according to an employment profile.

She graduated from the University of Monterrey as the best of her class in the 2019 and focused on interior design.

An LAPD source said the investigation is largely focused on Pearce and that the other two suspects were ar brought to the case for allegedly helping him drop off women in hospitals.

Detectives have not confirmed who supplied the drugs involved. The LAPD source said the women did not know the suspects prior to the night of the party.
