The suspect in the fatal shooting outside a Tesla factory in California on Monday was charged with murder after police discovered he had apparently worked with the victim just hours before the incident. .

Anthony Solima, from 29 years, and a native of Milpitas, was charged with one count of murder and another count of possession of an assault weapon , after his arraignment Thursday.
