San Francisco authorities, seized more than 1, 543 pounds of narcotics and arrested 19 operators related to the drug dealer Ismael the May Zambada , leader of the Sinaloa Cartel (CDS).

Together with them, they are accused David Wilcott Greenman , Kimberly Carrasco , Lamberto (Mexican citizen whose last name is currently unknown), Juan Carlos Velázquez Ortiz , Ignacio Espinoza , José Manuel Rodríguez Naranjo and Nicolás Ardanuy ; All as co-conspirators.

Others are also charged with orchestrating illegal arms exports to Mexico for sale on the black market and were identified as Michael Ozuna Guizar , Roberto Campoy Robles , Luis Guillermo Sendino and Ivan Campoy Morales.

Other defendants are Juan Leopoldo Garate Aguirre of 25 years; José Manuel Rodríguez Naranjo , 39; Miguel Martín Pacheco Martínez , 34; Alberto Martínez Navarro , 36; and Miguel Ángel Moreno from 46.
