The second part of the telenovela “ Corona de Lágrimas ”will begin recordings next Monday, December 6, as reported by the producer of this story, José Alberto Castro , who met this afternoon with the cast that will participate in this new production.
After ten years, the Chavero family was reunited, made up of Refugio ( Victoria Ruffo ), Edmundo ( José María Torre ), Ignacio ( Mane de la Parra ) and Patricio ( Alejandro Nones ).
The producer confirmed that, in this new story, the bulk of of the cast that was part of the telenovela “Corona de Lágrimas” issued a decade ago, such as Africa Zavala , Ernesto Laguardia , Martha Julia , Maribel Guardia , Lola Merino , Arturo Carmona and Raquel Garza , among others.
At its premiere in 2012, “Corona de Lágrimas” registered the highest audience levels in Mexico and in the various countries of America, Europe, Asia and Africa in which it was seen.
“Corona de Lágrimas” is a family melodrama that will be adapted by Jesús Calzada and focuses on highlighting, mainly, the meaning of being a mother and conflicts, doubts, failures, love , successes and mistakes that motherhood can imply.
The continuation of the successful telenovela “Corona de Lágrimas” will premiere in the second semester of 2022.
