Mexican who was left in a Los Angeles hospital was reported brain dead after a heroin overdose

The Mexican Hilda Marcela Cabrales Arzona, who was left in front of a hospital in Los Angeles on 13 November, was reported brain dead by her relatives .
The wife of 26 years was in critical condition at Kaiser Permanente hospital in Los Angeles after suffering a heroin overdose .

Hila Marcela was kept alive with a very critical state of health, while her friend with whom she went out to party on Friday 12 of November, model Christy Giles, from 24 years, she died in the medical center where some hooded subjects abandoned her .
The causes of Giles’s death have yet to be reported, forensic pathologists conducted more specific examinations and the results could be released in the coming days .
One of the theories is that both were drugged against their will . The two women initially went out to a party in Soho House, accompanied by a third person, who has declined to be identified, but who has collaborated in the investigations.
From the party at Soho House, the three of them went to the “After Hours Warehouse Party” near East Los Angeles, where they met three individuals. At 4 am they said they would go to an “after party” in Hollywood Hills.
The third friend, who was driving the vehicle, decided not to attend , so her friends left with the three men they had barely met. On their way home they would take the Uber service.
Christy’s husband, Jan Cilliers, was traveling in San Francisco. Saturday 13, in the morning, he tried to communicate with Giles, and when he failed he looked for her with an application that they had on their cell phones for security reasons, and observed that he was in the area of West Hollywood and 13 hours later he moved to a hospital in Culver City .

Since his return to Los Angeles, Cilliers has called for the persons who attacked his wife and friend to be investigated and identified, and pointed directly to the occupants of a black Toyota Prius car, without registration, who were the individuals who left it in front of the hospital .
There are some reports, without being confirmed, stating that detectives have already questioned two of the three subjects they were with the night of 12 of November, who assured that the two women used heroin , suffered the overdose and for that reason they were taken to the hospital .
The father of Hilda Marcela, Luis Cabrales, and Cilliers are convinced that someone drugged them with heroin when the women were about to leave . The relatives affirmed that none of them used drugs and took care of their diet and health.
Hilda Marcela Cabrales would comply 27 years this Monday 29 of November.
Luis Cabrales asked God to return his daughter to the 100% with her health, but if she was going to look bad, the best thing was for her to go with Him.
The woman’s parents mexicana agreed that their daughter’s organs would be donated .
