Mexican authorities captured Héctor Pardo Valdovinos alias el Paisa or el Chapa, alleged drug trafficker and operator of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG) who served as a recruiter for new members of the organization and who was also head of the plaza in the municipality of Tlaquepaque in the state of Jalisco.
The assumption drug trafficker was detained during an operation in that town, commanded by the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) , with the support of the National Guard and the Navy Secretaries (Semar) and National Defense (Sedena).

Last Friday, a control judge of the Federal Criminal Justice Center l from Jalisco, based in Puente Grande , linked the process to Paisa , which was part of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel headed by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes alias El Mencho, Señor de los Gallos or El Gallero , for crimes against health in the form of possession of marijuana and methamphetamine, for commercial purposes ; and possession of firearms, cartridges and grenades, all for the exclusive use of the Army.
According to authorities, the judge established the precautionary measure of informal preventive detention in the Metropolitan Center of Jalisco and three months were granted for the complementary investigation. His capture was disclosed by the Prosecutor’s Office until he was already processed.
The federal agency reported that e l Paisa was captured after executing a search warrant at a home of Tlaquepaque , issued by a Judge Specialized in Control of Investigation Techniques, Rooting and Intervention of Communications.
In the building They secured 2 short weapons, a grenade, cartridges of various calibers , 2 chargers for long firearms; 4 bags with green and dry grass with the characteristics of marijuana, 46 small bags with blue pills, 2 cell phones and cash.
