In addition to the influence of Carlos Vela, Torres recognized the fundamental role that his father has played in the election of Mexico. “ My father’s family is from Michoacán , that’s why I’m Mexican and I have the opportunity to go to the national team . My family is very happy about that. My first time I came I didn’t speak any Spanish ”, explained Torres.
