Joan, Juan Gabriel's son, claims to be homeless despite having a luxurious mansion in Acapulco

Joan Gabriel Aguilera , one of the recognized sons of the late singer Juan Gabriel , declared himself indigent before the authorities of Broward County, Florida , after being detained for the altercation he had with his brother, Jean; with his fiancee and his mother, Laura Salas .

Despite his statements, in which he claimed not to have money to live , nor to pay for his own lawyer and not a roof to sleep in, the reality is very different, because ‘El Divo de Juárez’ He gave up an imposing mansion on the beaches of Acapulco while still alive , so, if it is discovered that he falsified his statement, he could be charged against him.

“Joan presented a document declaring himself to be homeless, despite owning a spectacular mansion in Acapulco – called ‘La Consentida’ – that ‘El Divo de Juárez’ inherited from him in life and that he is transforming it to rent it to tourists. However, in the document that he presented to the Broward Court, he assures that he does not have any type of income ”, reported the program ‘Suelta la Sopa’.

The residence that denied is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of Acapulco and was recently made available to tourists who wish to spend their vacations there or organize all kinds of events.

The mansion, which consists of an extension of 13,839 square feet and which is distributed over four floors, has a capacity to receive up to 16 guests, who should not worry about anything during their stay in the place, since they have the service of cook, maid, bartender and an assistant in general.

The property, which is rented up to $ 2, 000 dollars a night , has six bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, hall, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, rest room, living room family, bar, garage for six vehicles, among other rooms.

Outside, in its lot of 20, 806 square feet, has a terrace, pool with its respective spa area, jacuzzi, pool house, outdoor kitchen, palapas, spectacular views of the Bay of Acapulco, among others amenities.

The property was bought by the interpreter of ‘Querida’, in 2003, and since then he wrote it in the name of Joan.
