They kill the son of a Mexican official and his 2 bodyguards with more than 25 bullets

He was killed with more than 25 shot by the son of the municipal president of Santiago Jamiltepec, Cecilia Rivas Márquez , and two of his bodyguards in the municipal agency of Río Grande, belonging to Villa de Tututepec, in the state of Oaxaca in Mexico.

According to the Attorney General of the State of Oaxaca who started a murder investigation folder in the style of narco of the three people, the crime occurred around 14 hours (local time) on Morelos street in said community, belonging to the coastal region of Oaxaca.

The bodies of Rafael Yglesias Rivas and two of his bodyguards were found inside a burgundy Nissan Frontier double cab pickup , according to local media.

According to the first investigations collected after interviews with residents of the area, a group of armed men were responsible for the attack, who were aboard a vehicle that reached to the truck in which the son of the official Rivas Márquez was traveling .

After committing the crime against the son of the Mexican official, the attackers fled and shot the victims.

Elements of the Criminal Investigations Agency reported that at the scene of the crime they found 25 struck casings.

According to the investigations carried out by the Attorney General of the State of Oaxaca , the attack was the result of a settling of accounts by drug trafficking groups, for alleged links of one of the victims with organized crime, although it was not reported whether they referred to the mayor’s son or his escorts.
