Tommy Lasorda , the former manager of the Dodgers was discharged from the hospital, as reported by the team of Los Angeles through a post on Twitter.
According to the tweet, Tommy already found “resting at home” after being hospitalized for eight weeks for an undisclosed illness.

Lasorda , 93 years old, is one of the most legendary managers in the history of The Dodgers . He is a MLB Hall of Fame member and has a record of 1, 550 – 1, 439 in games won and lost , during his years as a Dodgers manager, from 1976 to 1996; leading them to win the World Series championships in 1981 and 1988.
His last public appearance was on 27 last October, when he attended the Dodgers’ World Series victory over the Tampa Bay Rays in Arlington, Texas.
