However, now it is the same ex-deputy who defends himself against the strong accusations assuring that everything is a farce created by the journalist, with whom he has had a lawsuit for several years, in which he has done everything to discredit his name and career.
In an interview with the radio program ‘La Taquilla’, the actor confirmed that said audios were decontextualized , since they were recorded during a “war room” in which he presents to his team of collaborators the possible scenarios of different situations in which he can intervene to help the vulnerable population.
“I’m going to say why it is decontextualized, it was first recorded in the 2018 when I was not even a deputy, that’s why I tell you that from the outset, they are disqualified. The problem is that a few months ago I was present in the program to demonstrate that everything they have said against me in all aspects is false and I verified it with facts and documents, that is why they are angry. ”
Mayer reiterated that he is responsible for what he says and does, but not for what others interpret, which is why he is calm.
But he also ensures that everything is about a personal lawsuit with Gustavo Adolfo Infante , whom he pointed to as sick, since he is the only one who is profiting from the case of the child Braulio.
“Gustavo is sick. My eagerness to discredit myself and my work catches my attention. Gustavo is profiting from the boy’s case to beat me, he’s discrediting the boy’s story. At that time I helped the child, it is a success story. ”
He also insisted that he only intervened to Help the child and his grandmother, with whom he has an excellent relationship due to the actions he took to protect the minor, who for four years has been happy thanks to his support.
“Unfortunately it is a problem of a frustration that Gustavo Adolfo Infante has against me for a lifetime, this is not new. I have evidence to show that everything Gustavo Adolfo Infante says is false, but due to ethics and principles I cannot betray the child. ”
