This Tuesday the authorities of Philadelphia reported that a second suspect in the murder of the Club América fan , Isidro Cortés, was handed over committed last September.
According to the Philadelphia police spokesman, Miguel Torres , the suspect turned himself in a police station in the region , and would have confessed his participation in the event.

By the case were already accused of murder Omar Arce, of 32 years and José Alberto Flores-Huerta, of 32 . In addition to other crimes that he was charged with for being the alleged perpetrators of the crime against Cortés.
The Philadelphia Police Department also received arrest warrants against two other men identified as Osvaldo “Willie” Pedraza (33), and Víctor Pedraza (32).

Those involved claim that they beat Isidro, his father from 64 years and a friend of 28 . The latter two were seriously injured, while Cortés died of the trauma.
Through security cameras it was seen how the victims were brutally beaten . The film record, together with the witness accounts, served to find the identity of those responsible.
