This Friday the dollar is trading negatively in Mexico, to complete a full week in decline, the price today is 20. 79 units per green currency . A minimal difference, but negative compared to the price of yesterday Thursday .
At the bank window, for the purchase, the Mexican currency is quoted at 19. 56 units per dollar and for sale the price is 20. 03 pesos per green currency.
This week the Federal Reserve offered economic data in its Data report after its monetary committee meeting this week, assures that inflation will remain high and will rise persistently. Inflation will be above the Fed’s target of 2% per annum.
However, Jerome Powell, Chairman of the Federal Reserve , reported that despite everything the US economy is recovering rapidly from the impact of the COVID pandemic – 19. And that one of the reasons why inflation remains high is due to supply problems.
