DaBaby made a series of comments in a concert that did not please his fans very much. During one of his recent performances, the rapper took the stage where he joked about HIV and also made a couple of sexist comments.

The famous of 29 years invited his audience to cheer the concert with the mobile phone accompanied by the following phrases: “They turn on the cell phone light if they are not here with HIV, AIDS or other of those sexually transmitted diseases that make you die in two or three weeks.”

“Girls, if your pussy smells like water, turn on the light; Guys, if you don’t suck dick in the parking lots, turn on the lights. ”

At another point in the concert, DaBaby invited on stage rapper Tori Lanez, the person who shot Megan Thee Stallion on that very stage. With a mocking tone he introduced it, “Guess who it is?”, He said mockingly to his audience.

In social networks the rapper was criticized for his homophobia and ignorance for humiliating those who have contracted the sexually transmitted infection, however DaBaby reiterated on Instagram the comments and assured that no one who has not been there can comment on what happened at his concert. “Everybody turned on the mobile light because my gay fans don’t have AIDS, they take care of themselves. They are not street junkies. My gay fans have class, “he wrote.

Now, the comments on the rapper’s social network are limited, however the controversy has not disappeared . Dua Lipa, with whom he worked for the hit song “Levitating”, spoke about it and said that does not recognize the person with whom he worked .

The singer of 25 years regretted DaBaby’s comments and through her Instagram account declared that she was horrified by them. “I really don’t recognize the person I worked with. I know that my fans know where my heart is and that I support the LGBTQ community, ”he said.

In addition, he invited the public to join in against the ignorance that surrounds the sexually transmitted virus and thus be able to end the stigma.
