A former LAPD officer and Vietnam veteran lived some of his most difficult moments in the most unexpected way: in his backyard being attacked by aggressive bees in a dramatic incident that occurred in the Los Angeles city of Diamond Bar .
Bob Ramos related in a interview with the ABC7 channel the unfortunate attack that sent him to the hospital with more than 50 bites and that cost the lives of two of his daughter’s dogs that he was caring for , which is why he broke into crying in front of the camera.
Ramos said he heard something was going on in his backyard Saturday afternoon and that when he went out to find out he discovered that his daughter’s two dogs – Maggie and Allie – were struggling to survive, with countless bees on top of they. The bites were fatal.

The desperation of the little dogs was so great that they even broke the mesh of the door. At least Ramos’s dog, Rolo, survived the attack because he’s big and has more hair.
When he came to the aid of the dogs, Ramos also began to be attacked , and when his wife saw that he was not well, he called firefighters.
