Vanessa Bryant published a painful message one year after Kobe's death

A little more than 10 days of the first death anniversary of the NBA star, Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna , his widow, Vanessa Bryant published through an Instagram story an emotional but painful message where she explains the complexity of her emotions in the face of the loss of her husband and daughter, in addition to giving encouragement to people who have gone through a similar situation.

“Let me be real, pain is a cluster of disordered emotions . One day, you are laughing at one point and the next day you don’t feel like being alive . I want to say this for people struggling with grief and heartbreaking loss. Find your reason to live . I know it’s hard. I look at my daughters and try to overcome that feeling for them. Death is guaranteed , but living the rest of the day is not. Find your reason. ”

At various times, Vanessa shared her efforts to remain firm and stable in the face of loss , for herself and for her daughters But she has never spoken so openly about her struggle with pain.
