Conduciendo.com

This EV utility vehicle 600 was born from an alliance between General Motors and FedEx for the delivery of mail.

GM has shown its brand new electric van project EV 600 aimed at the transfer of goods in which FedEx is also part.

Thus they have joined forces like Rivian with Amazon. This is part of a strategic plan to optimize load sharing through an electric vehicle.

In itself, the EV 600 has the same Ultium Drive platform as the Hummer EV, along with other components that will surely be similar.

Of course they will adapt to another type of use and we will have to wait to see if it will also add the 1000 horsepower of the off-road vehicle.

At the moment it is only known that the EV 600 you will be able to travel about 400 kilometers on a single charge.

Regarding its aesthetics, it does not present a revolutionary design, rather it resembles any conventional delivery vehicle.

A particular detail is made up of slim light clusters in the style of the Hummer EV.

Inside, it is expected by a digital instrument panel in addition to a opening system A automatic tailgate.

In turn, driving assistants such as autonomous braking with pedestrian warning, lane keeping and blind spot warning will be added.

This joint effort between General Motors and FedEx could bear fruit at the end of the year, an estimated date for that the EV 600 deliver the corresponding packages.
