The Chinese company Dongfeng has launched the Warrior M , which could be defined as a replica of the renowned Hummer.

It should be remembered that in the United States, it first emerged as a military vehicle (Humvee) to later give way to its civilian version Hummer H1.

TO in turn, AM General, the company e In charge of the Humvee and Hummer H1, it licensed the manufacture to the Chinese house of the military model.

In this way, its conception is similar in its exaggerated proportions and skills in the different fields.

Its signature square shape continues with wide tires and an imposing front end.

Once inside it offers a driver-oriented panel with modern details and an 8-inch center screen.

With all this repertoire of comfort, it leaves a little aside the original rusticity of the American model.

For the moment the Dongfeng Warrior M 50 will be marketed in pickup or chassis bodies, although a closed alternative may appear in a short time.

Under the hood we find a 4.0-liter Cummins turbodiesel powerplant that develops some 203 horsepower and Nm of torque.
