According to Lt. Mike Arenas, Noah was shot when he entered his house through the back door . By Monday night, Shepherd was being held in jail and had a hearing scheduled for 1: pm this Thursday in the court of El Cajon.
However, according to San Diego County District Attorney’s Office public affairs officer Tanya Sierra, At the moment no charges would be brought against Gabrielle , according to local media reported this Thursday.
