Kris Jenner was accused of sexual harassment . The mother of the famous sisters will now have to answer before the court the accusations made by her former security guard, who assured that he was “groped” by the businesswoman.
The complaint reported that during the time Marc McWilliams worked as Jenner’s security guard for years was sexually harassed, in addition to that heard racist and homophobic comments . Now, McWilliams has declared to the court that he will sue his former employer.
According to the outlet RadarOnline , Marc informed the court that he has delivered the papers to Kris at his daughter’s office, Kylie Jenner , in Woodland Hills. The papers were received by an employee who was not identified.
Now, Kris Jenner must testify in court about the sexual harassment allegations against her.
The scandal was uncovered in October 2020, when Marc McWilliams assured that between May 2018 and September 2018 Jenner repeatedly and frequently began to seek her body to come into physical contact with hers, making comments of a sexual nature.
Both Jenner and her daughter, Kourtney Kardashian , assured that the allegations of whoever was part of their security team were false. The family’s attorney said they vehemently denied the false claims made by the former security guard.
“Their absurd accusations are clearly fabricated and contrary to easily verifiable facts. Kris never acted inappropriately with him, “said Marty Singer, Jenner’s attorney.
