The complaint for alleged sexual assault on pitcher Trevor Bauer by a woman escalates to another level after knowing the description of domestic violence in an article published in The Athletic .

The victim’s story
The woman who filed the complaint against Bauer commented that the player attacked her on two different occasions . “I woke up face down in bed, disoriented. I started to realize that he was having sex with me in my anus, which I never let him know I wanted , nor did I consent “, said the woman in her official statement attached to the requested order.
The counterpart defends itself
The pitcher’s defense did not want to comment to the press about the fact beyond the formal statement. It should be noted that the hearing, to deny the aforementioned, is dated July 23 .

Major League Baseball is investigating the case. The Dodgers, meanwhile, said Bauer is still scheduled to pitch this weekend.
