TEXAS – A Hispanic soldier disappeared from the Military Base of Fort Hood and officials are asking the community for help to find it.

The authorities of the military base Fort Hood announced that they are looking for the soldier who has been missing since Wednesday 23 of June.

The Fort Hood Emergency Services Directorate reported in a Facebook message that Abram Salas II did not show up at the military base on 23 June as it should and since then, his whereabouts are unknown.

Fort Hood is the military base where the Hispanic soldier from Houston was killed , Vanessa Guillén.

Authorities said in the report that Salas could be driving a white Dodge Dart, four doors with Texas NFP license plate – 2796.

Salas is a native of El Paso, but authorities believe he may be in the San Antonio area.

Salas’s relatives reported that the soldier recently married and has been assured by his wife and friends that they do not know where he is.
