Vanessa Bryant reaches an agreement with the helicopter company for the death of the player

The widow of the legendary Kobe Bryant , Vanessa Bryant and the families of those who died during the plane crash in January of 2020, reconciled an agreement with the company to which the helicopter belonged involved in the sinister.

Although the terms of the agreement turned out to be confidential , it was known that they will be finalized in the following days , as sentenced by a federal court.

The company that operated the helicopter , Island Express Helicopters and its owner Island Express Holding Corp They agreed to respond to the complaints filed.

Neither the lawyers of the victims’ families, nor the defense of the company offered details to the press of the court’s ruling.

Bryant and his daughter Gianna, from 13 years, died in the accident last 25 January 2020 in the Calabasas sector of the city of Los Angeles. There also lost their lives seven other people identified as Ara Zobayan, Christina Mauser, John Altobelli, Keri Altobelli , Alyssa Altobelli, Sarah Chester and Payton Chester.

The aircraft was piloted by Zobayan, and at the time it was said that the incident had been caused by a human fault , since apparently he suffered an episode of spatial disorientation.

At the time of the event the sky was partially cloudy and it is presumed that the pilot went against federal guidelines when flying in fog , as stated by the National Transportation Safety Board.
