BMW has released more information about the iX its next electric SUV that will be the next rival of the Mercedes-Benz EQC and Audi e-tron.
The history of this new vehicle began with the prototype Vision iNEXT which touted autonomous driving, electrification and connectivity.
At this stage the assembly line will come out at the end of 2021 , when it starts to be manufactured in Dingolfing, Germany.
From the outside it stands out for its futuristic design , which seeks to differentiate itself from other models of the Bavarian house rep Presenting a new era.
A wide grille in the style of the new 4 Series stands out on the front, accompanied by very slim headlights.
On the rear sector the BMW iX mounts a bulky bumper and above the tailgate it shows off a spoiler and some very sharp headlights.

For the interior, use high quality materials and finishes. Its interior is spacious and bright due to its extensive panoramic roof.
Minimalism absorbs the atmosphere to simplify the commands and buttons along with a hexagonal steering wheel.
All this is brought together in two generous screens established for the instrumentation and the multimedia system.
BMW has confirmed the first versions marketing. On one side appears the xDrive 40 and on the other the xDrive 50.
Both have two engines thanks to the fifth generation of eDrive technology.
In the first case we find a power of 326 CV (240 kW) and allows acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.1 seconds.
In turn, the more powerful of the two delivers some 503 CV (370 kW) and in just 4.6 seconds it reaches 100 km / h with stopped departure.
The BMW iX
xDrive 40 is complemented by the battery of 76, 6 kWh with which you can loop a few 425 kilometers on a single charge. With 111, 5 kWh capacity in its power source on xDrive 50 achieves an autonomy of 630 kilometers. BMW aims its guns with this SUV that promises to be revolutionary.
