The authorities have expanded the investigation of the Anaheim Hispanic charged last week with attempted murder for firing a BB gun against a Tesla at Norco. The man is now suspected of at least six similar cases and possibly more.
Jesse Leal Rodríguez, from 34 years, has been charged so far only with the incident that affected the Tesla. On Tuesday, he pleaded not guilty to the attempted murder and assault charges at a Riverside County indictment hearing, which set his bail at $ 1 million.
Jesse Leal Rodríguez maintains his innocence and claims to have proof that he was not traveling on the highway 91 when the attacks were carried out by those who accuse him. However, CHP claims that something was found in his car that contradicts it. //t.co/RjB3tIw2vp

Rodríguez was in possession of a compressed air pistol and his vehicle was identified . Numerous CHP areas are currently investigating more than 100 similar incidents , some of which could possibly be related to Rodríguez ”, he concluded.
Last week, Rodriguez was indicted on three counts of attempted murder and assault in connection with the alleged Tesla shooting, which involved a driver and two passengers.
