Video captured the moment in which Hispanic family kills an innocent man in case of wrong identity


The authorities in Houston have already achieved the arrest of the mother of the family who participated in the attack and the son of 19 years, who was the one who allegedly shot the victim

HOUSTON – The case of a Hispanic family from the Houston area who allegedly during a revenge act An innocent man was shot dead in what appears to be a tragic case of mistaken identity, the investigation continues.

This Thursday a video was released that captured the moment of the attack that occurred in a Katy neighborhood and it was also reported that a second person of the four who participated in the murder was arrested.

With the arrest of Florinda Argueta, of 39 years, there are already two people who have been arrested for the homicide. The authorities had already achieved the arrest of Joe Argueta, of 19 years, who allegedly was the one who shot the victim.

Florinda is the Joe’s mother, authorities reported. The mother has been charged in the homicide in which, according to the authorities, a man was shot when mistaking him for another with whom she and her family had recently had problems.

The Hispanic mother was notified of her charges and had her first court appearance on Thursday. The woman was posted a bond of $ 19, 000 by the preliminary court magistrate.

She is part of the group of four members of her family accused of the murder of Eddie Clark, a man from 29 years old who was shot in the abdomen while driving through a northwest Houston neighborhood.

Harris County Sheriff, Ed González, reported that the four members of Katy’s family are accused of a homicide . Katy is part of the greater Houston area and is about 20 miles west of downtown.

González said that “it appears to be a tragic case of wrong identity ”, since the victim, who was driving a dark gray Dodge Charger car, would have been mistaken for another person with whom this family had problems, but who was driving the car of the same brand, but black in color. The event occurred on the block 17101 Hilton Hollow Drive.

The other two accused relatives are Luis Argueta, of 45 years, and Margarito Alcantar. So far the whereabouts of the latter two are not known.

Joe Argueta was released on parole after posting a bond of $ 45, 000.

Clark, after being shot, crashed into a tree and managed to get out of the car to try to flee, but collapsed shortly after due to the severity of the injuries.
