Martha Alicia Pérez , alias La China , identified as dangerous drug trafficker leader of a cell of the Gulf Cartel (CDG) that operated in the border municipality of Reynosa and other parts of the state, from Tamaulipas , in Mexico was arrested after a joint operation involving various federal authorities and brought before a judge.
