The hit movie ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’ , starring in 1984 by Johnny Depp, made the news again a few days ago, but not because there was going to be a sequel, but rather because of the sale of the famous house that appeared in the plot.
Although in the fiction it is said that the house is located in the city of Springwood, in Ohio , the reality is very different, since it is located in the neighborhood of Spaulding Square, in Los Angeles, California.
The residence, which has an extension of 2, 714 square feet and was built in 1917, was sold on April 2, 2021, for $ 2, 385, 000 of dollars , so far without revealing the identity of the lucky buyer.
The house was put up for sale in February for $ 2, 795, 000 dollars , however , its then owners decided to settle for one of the first offers they made and which ended up being made a little over a month ago.
According to the technical sheet , released by various specialized real estate media, the property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, main room, office, balconies, among other rooms.
