In recent years detox shakes have gained popularity, since they are shown as quick and easy options to eliminate impurities and toxins, and incorporate essential nutrients.

Kale and avocado

  • 30 g. kale.
  • Half a crushed avocado.
  • A peeled tangerine.
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons of chopped almonds or walnuts.
  • One cup of water and one of ice.

Kale stands out for its rich nutritional quality, as it has vitamins A, B, C, and K, minerals, such as calcium, iron and potassium, large amounts of dietary fiber, and many antioxidant compounds, such as lutein, quercetin, and zeaxanthin.
