What repercussions does the lack of this skill have on Generation Z?

According to a study by the University of Stavanger, Norwayone of the main reasons why these young people have lost this skill is due to their preference or “need” to write on keyboards over paper and pencil.

In the same study, the norwegian university showed that, in just one year of focusing solely on digital writing, 40% of young people lost fluency when time to write by hand.

In the tests carried out, the vast majority presented a unintelligible handwritingin addition to not being able to follow a linear pattern on the sheet of paper despite the guides drawn on it.

The above, despite being a clear reflection of the lack of manual skills to write by hand, also revealed that the Generation Z Avoid using long sentences or avoid constructing paragraphs with meaning or coherence.
