Liga MX has revealed the complete schedule for the 2025 Clausura Tournament, which will begin next Friday, January 10 and will conclude on Sunday, May 25 with the grand final.
This tournament, which will mark the first half of the soccer year in Mexico, will have a total of three double days, in addition to exciting classics and an intense fight for the title.
Clausura 2025 will begin just three weeks after the conclusion of Apertura 2024, leaving finalists like Monterrey and América with limited preparation time, while the rest of the clubs will have around a month of preseason.
Key calendar for Closing 2025
- Start of the tournament: Friday, January 10.
- End of the regular phase: Sunday, April 20.
- First Play-In series: April 26 or 27.
- Grand finale: Sunday, May 25.

The first date promises emotions with several notable matchups, including the debut of the Apertura 2024 champion, Monterrey, against Puebla, and the clash of Chivas against Santos in Guadalajara.
